Hospital demands value for money,
especially when funds are meager to acquire capital goods; thus, the company
has seriously explored the possibility of creating another trade within its
current business. It was then the beginning of our long Project Development
Group (PDG) - the second important business sector Medicotek.
Our Team of in-house Design Architects and Engineers on board began with architectural design, medical equipment planning, renovation of a small area in the hospital, and eventually design and building new hospital facilities. It has grown into a full-blown specialty developer and construction division of Medicotek.
Today, we are proud to say, numerous projects in the Department of Health Hospitals, Department of National Defense - Veterans Memorial Medical Center, and the private sectors became the landmarks of Medicotek's PDG for almost two decades. It's growing, expanding, and evolving to become more robust in undertaking many first, unique, and complex projects in key cities and provinces nationwide.
